About the Role An exciting opportunity exists to join BOQ Group’s team as a Mobile Banker, where you’ll be the face of personal home lending and financial solutions across ME Bank, Virgin Money Australia, and BOQ. You’ll support the delivery of the Groups Business Plan by turning leads into great customer outcomes, growing your portfolio, and exceeding acquisition targets. You’ll manage the full customer journey—from initial appointment to settlement and beyond—while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. About You You’re an experienced lender with a strong background in commercial and residential lending, already embedded in your local community and ready to bring your pipeline of leads from day one. You’re self‑driven, comfortable working independently, and passionate about outbound business development.
