Product Support Specialist

Key responsibilities include:
Provide product technical support to Penske branches, OEMs and end customers in the Off-Highway Industrial Markets within Australia & New Zealand. Liaise with MTU factory representatives to facilitate technical support. Build and maintain excellent relationships with key customers and act as key aftersales technical contact. Work closely with Penske Service departments regarding technical issues. Work collaboratively within the technical support team on failure analysis of issues for elevation to MTU. Support team improvement projects in collaboration with Engineering & Technical Support management. The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:
Technical qualifications OR relevant trade and industry experience on MTU product mechanical and control systems. Experience in Industrial markets preferred but not essential. Computer literacy to a level necessary to write technical reports and presentations for internal and external customers. Ability to work within a team environment to meet specific deadlines and to work independently and self-motivated. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Exemplify and communicate Penske OPTIC Values. Work Environment: Office; a degree of regular travel within Australia and NZ may be required. Why join Penske?
