Your New Role As a Brand Insights and Reporting Analyst, you'll provide actionable insights and reporting that enable data‑driven decisions across our marketing initiatives. This role is critical in shaping how we measure success and optimise campaigns to deliver exceptional outcomes for our members. Some responsibilities include: Identify optimisation opportunities for media spend and placements using MMM outputs; Design and embed brand reporting dashboards for repeatable, scalable insights; Funnel performance dashboards highlighting drop‑off points and engagement metrics for members and non-members; Effectively communicate and deliver digital data analysis and insights to stakeholders across Brand/Marketing to support performance outcomes and drive decision making. Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting; Ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights; Familiarity with segmentation strategies and campaign analytics; Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms); You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
