(Pro Rata) END/ENC Multiple Vacancies Available, Apply Now We are looking for Nurses to join our Mental Health Services team We have multiple opportunities for dedicated Nurses to join our team in the Margaret Tobin Unit at Flinders Medical Centre. These rewarding roles offer you the chance to make a genuine difference in patients’ lives. About the role Provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care across mental health settings Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers. Undertaking training as required to attain and maintain required competency of skills and knowledge applicable to the role. Support junior staff and students through mentoring and clinical supervision as required About you Effective communication skills including problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills Demonstrated competence in mental health nursing practice in accordance with the relevant standards. Must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice. Bachelor / Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification. Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) Please note: This position is multi-classed as either EN/RN01/RN2C and classification will be determined by qualifications and/or experience.
