This role requires travel and reports to the director of the business, the National Sales Manager and State Manager.

Developed PC skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Tertiary qualifications in a retail or business discipline is desirable, not essential Key Responsibilities: Managing in-store teams; management of up to 15 stores Driving projected sales & KPI's to reach and exceed company profitability targets Wage percentage goals Conducting stocktakes People development goals and visual merchandising within your area to deliver a profitable outcome for the business Ensure consistent appearance; policies and procedures are followed by all stores Recruitment, Training and development of store teams This senior appointment will require a candidate with drive, dedication, commitment, and business acumen, to manage and support the company's business goals for our portfolio of stores.
