Join an established financial planning firm in Mona Vale, Sydney, supporting senior advisers and building client relationships. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Assisting senior advisers with research, modelling, and calculations to create financial strategies. Attending client meetings to provide support and follow-up work. Reviewing and ensuring accuracy and compliance of advice documents. Supporting the implementation of financial strategies. Building strong, trusting relationships with clients, investment platforms, insurers, and other key partners. Proactively addressing client needs and maintaining high service standards. Contributing to ongoing improvements in processes and efficiency. About You The company is looking for: Completion or progress toward a relevant university degree. Experience using Microsoft365 suite and ability to quickly learn new software. Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts and regulations, including tax, superannuation, retirement income streams, and investments. High levels of accuracy, initiative, and a proactive and enthusiastic work ethic. Ability to build rapport and trust with the team of advisers. Great communication skills, both written and verbal. Compensation & Benefits Salary package of $50,000 - $70,000 per annum dependent on experience. Supportive team environment fostering professional development and collaboration.
