You will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders and lay the foundation for Pensars future project delivery throughout NSW ACT and Tasmania. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Submissions Lead to join our high-performing team. The Submissions Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of high-quality client-focused tender submissions. What you'll be doing : Create comprehensive and strategic tender submissions in line with the required information strategic objectives and Pensars brand. Effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders across Pensars multi disciplined teams including senior leaders to deliver timely and high-quality submissions. Ensure that all tenders comply with company policies and industry regulations. Work closely with subject matter technical experts to create accurate and impactful content. What you'll bring : Strong organisation skills and work to strict deadlines with an ability to adapt to changing priorities. Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail Ability to work autonomously while building strong working relationships with stakeholders.
