Summary Reporting to the ANZ Director, you will be working within your given region with the sales and marketing department to contribute to the regional growth. You will be expected to support and collaborate across the whole team to develop business and project specifications. Role Responsibilities Act independently and be able to act as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate with regional and strategic sales teams to drive growth. Manages incoming case queues (including events and advertising) qualifying inbound queries and managing the sales cycle through to Regional Sales Manager handover where applicable. Ensure onboarding and managing customer requests through a structured marketing and sales approach, presenting the added value of HID offers to existing and potential new customers. Manage and monitor customer contacts that follow the marketing campaigns referenced in the CRM. Ensure regular follow-up with our customers in order to provide an advisory approach, analyze and understand their needs, and provide optimization solutions. Keep yourself informed regularly of the evolution of HID product and service offerings, and of transformations in the group’s strategy regarding new offers offered to customers. Your Experience and Background Include Bachelor Degree or Equivalent. A minimum of 2+ years in sales supporting roles or customer service. Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets. Previous experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions would be an advantage. Experience in a solution‑selling environment specifically Saas and/or Cloud based licensing models would be desirable. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work as a self‑starter, but also work effectively as part of a team. Hands on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects, successfully prioritizing. Knowledge/experience of selling RFID / Physical Access Control solutions. Professional, dynamic, friendly and with a genuine interest in business. Skilled in reporting, forecasting and presentation coupled with endless stamina and resilience to successfully transform prospects into customers. Uncompromising attention to detail. Multitasking skills, eager to take on varied tasks. Self‑motivated and hands‑on with a true teamwork mentality. A passion for technology, have a great team ethic. Ace problem‑solving skill. Excellent planning skills with the ability to prioritize, coupled with the ability to work calmly under pressure and display good initiative. Working knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce or equivalent.
