The Role We’re hiring across multiple roles in Guidewire delivery, with a strong emphasis on Guidewire Developers. These roles support end‑to‑end implementations, from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment. Both contract and permanent full‑time positions are available, offering flexibility to suit your career goals. Key Responsibilities Configure and customise Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). Develop GOSU scripts, integrations, and extensions. Collaborate with architects and BAs to ensure alignment with business requirements. Support performance tuning and troubleshooting across environments. Other Roles Business Analysts: Translate business needs into technical solutions. QAs: Execute test plans and report defects. Auto QAs: Build and maintain automated test scripts. Project Managers: Lead Guidewire implementation projects. Architects: Design scalable Guidewire solutions and provide technical leadership. What You'll Need Guidewire-specific expertise (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) and consulting experience. Strong knowledge of GOSU, Java, and integration frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
