The Bistro – Our flagship bistro blends classic southern French techniques with the best regional produce. Here, experienced chefs, passionate waiters, and wine‑savvy front‑of‑house professionals work side by side with eager young talent, learning and growing together. The Members Bar – Our intimate members bar (name yet to be revealed) will showcase world‑class mixology in a refined, creative environment. Feu – In the shadows of The Belongil emerges Feu, a world‑class theatre of flame, emotion and sensation. Aiming to be one of Australia’s finest restaurants, Feu will serve a local multi‑course menu tailored to the Northern Rivers, with some of the best ingredients Australia has to offer.
