Site Manager – Structural Steel We’re looking for a Site Manager who wants clear targets, ownership of outcomes, and real career progression – not just “more of the same”. In this role you’ll see your impact directly in: Projects delivered safely, on schedule, and to specification Positive feedback from clients, subcontractors, and project partners Strong repeat work and long-term client relationships In return, we offer: Competitive base salary + super Performance-based incentive program linked to individual and business results Clear career pathways into senior operations, project leadership, or commercial roles Ongoing development opportunities – mentoring from senior leaders, exposure to major projects, and support for relevant training and tools The opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, you will: Oversee on-site construction and installation activities for major structural steel projects Ensure delivery to scope, schedule, quality, and safety standards Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to achieve efficient project execution Manage site risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company standards Engage with stakeholders including clients, engineers, and project partners to maintain strong communication and collaboration Drive continuous improvement in site processes and project outcomes Our performance culture Success in this role looks like: Safe, efficient, and high-quality site operations Projects delivered on time and within budget Strong collaboration with subcontractors and internal teams Proactive problem-solving and clear communication with stakeholders We’re a team that: Sets clear expectations and follows through Shares results (good and bad) so we all learn and improve Backs people who take ownership and deliver on their commitments What you’ll bring 5+ years' site management experience in structural steel, metal fabrication, or commercial construction Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse site teams and subcontractors Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and installation processes Proven ability to manage site risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Degree or trade background in Construction, Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (steel, welding, rigging, fabrication experience highly regarded) Experience with Tier 1–3 commercial or industrial builders Exposure to offshore teams or international collaboration is a plus Ready to build something bigger with us?
