Overview Hoxton Wealth is seeking a skilled and dynamic Financial Advisor to join our established Australia team. In this role, you will work collaboratively within an existing group of professionals to service a portfolio of clients, while also expanding and refining our approach to holistic financial planning . This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by enhancing client relationships, providing comprehensive advice, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities Client Servicing: Maintain and nurture relationships with an existing book of clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with exceptional service and attention to detail. Holistic Planning: Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans that encompass investments, retirement, insurance, estate planning, and tax strategies tailored to client objectives. Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the client book by acquiring new clients through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach. Collaboration: Work closely with the broader Hoxton Wealth team to integrate holistic planning into existing practices and enhance service offerings. Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and advice comply with regulatory standards and company policies. Client Education: Educate clients on financial planning principles and opportunities, empowering them to make informed decisions. Skills And Experience Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, with a proven track record of servicing and growing a client base. Qualifications: Must hold a FASEA-approved qualification (e.g. approved bachelor degree or graduate diploma in financial planning) and have passed the ASIC Financial Adviser Exam and completed the Professional Year. Alternatively you must satisfy the Experienced Provider Pathway and have passed the ASIC Financial Adviser Exam. Registered on ASIC's Financial Adviser Register (FAR). Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and create tailored solutions. Drive and Initiative: A proactive mindset with the ability to manage client relationships and generate new business opportunities. Team-Oriented: A collaborative approach to working within a team to achieve shared goals.
