About The Role Under limited direction, provide advanced technical support to maintain broadcast and associated facilities & equipment. Undertake assessment and triage of technical operational activities and perform advanced diagnosis. Where possible, identify and implement interim solutions or workarounds to maintain service and continuity of systems. Perform planning, installation & commissioning of broadcast and associated systems to support minor and capital works as required. Maintain proactive client relationships to provide complex technical advice. Perform administration and documentation in the local work area to ensure efficient and effective use of local and network resources. Position Description: TECHNOLOGIST.pdf About You Demonstrated advanced skill and knowledge in broadcasting equipment maintenance, repairs, installation and technical operations. Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to successfully convey generally complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, to both internal and external stakeholders. Advanced organisational, planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise work and manage multiple and competing demands. Demonstrated high level of motivation and drive in performing work and achieving objectives, enhance team effectiveness, work to achieve team objectives and promote harmony in the team.
