About New York Life Insurance Company New York Life Insurance Company is currently seeking managers to become part of our Fast Track Partner program. We are interviewing for leadership‑oriented individuals who may be selected to become a Partner in our General Office. In the Fast Track Management Program, you’ll start as a financial professional to gain hands‑on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, you’ll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner. Responsibilities Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals. Assist clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals with a personalized, long‑term strategy. Determine financial solutions for clients across products such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more. Select, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as an Associate Partner. Join our intensive, six‑month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position. Qualifications Language fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages is beneficial. Goal‑oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career. Working knowledge of cultural markets is helpful. Required knowledge and experience working in the insurance or financial services field. Training, Development & Benefits We offer quality training programs and a competitive compensation package, along with support from dedicated teams at the General Office and Corporate Office to help you impact your agents and communities.
