The opportunity - 'Do what you love, and you'll never work a day in your life' #careerswithimpact We're seeking a business analyst with in-depth investment knowledge to join our Enterprise Project Delivery Team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping solutions that enhance our investment operations and portfolio management capabilities. Your relationship-focused approach and ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders will be key as you elicit and document requirements for our investment projects, working seamlessly alongside our investment team. Please note this is a 12 month maximum term contract. Utilising your exceptional communication skills, your day will see you: Drive requirements gathering and analysis with key investment stakeholders Facilitate workshops and translate complex requirements into clear solutions Process Improvement: documentation and design for current and future state processes Collaborate with technical teams and vendors on system implementation About you: Strong understanding of Investment Portfolio Management and end-to-end trade lifecycle Experience working as a Business Analyst in Investment Management Expertise in business analysis techniques including requirements decomposition and process modelling Strong communication skills to articulate complex investment concepts clearly Experience within the following areas will be highly regarded: Knowledge of Fixed Interest and Cash asset classes and instruments Experience in superannuation sector Familiarity with investment management systems (e.g., SimCorp Dimension) Why Join Us?
