Your new role Reporting to the Senior Manager, Engagement Marketing, Intermediary, the Senior Communications Consultant, Intermediary (Guardian) will work closely with the Project Guardian team to ensure the development and delivery of simple and compelling communications regarding the upcoming Payday Super legislative changes. Key duties include but are not limited to: Work with the Project Guardian team to support Payday Super initiatives with clear, consistent communications. Develop a suite of clear and consistent communications to inform and educate employers and key stakeholders of the upcoming Payday Super legislative changes. Work collaboratively to execute integrated campaigns across digital, email, social media, events and print channels. Translate complex and technical concepts into simple and compelling communications - Including the application of Brand Voice, Visual Identity, and Behavioural Change techniques. Ensure existing content is updated via the standard process including reviews and approvals. What you’ll need Extensive experience developing a wide variety of end to end communications, including the writing, sign-off management, design management, production and distribution of communications across multiple channels for different audiences. Experience working in fast-paced project environments with the ability to pivot quickly if required. Knowledge of superannuation legislation (including Payday Super changes) and experience communicating this to various audiences. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to convert technical concepts into plain language. Ability to organise and prioritise own workload to deliver programs on-time, to budget, and to the required standard. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar or working towards essential. RG146 compliant desirable.
