Why You’ll Love This Role As Assistant Venue Manager at BOUNCE, you’ll work alongside the Venue Manager, supporting venue operations, team leadership and customer experience. You’ll be hands‑on, coaching, motivating and developing an energetic team while ensuring the venue runs smoothly, safely and successfully. How You’ll Make an Impact Support the Venue Manager in leading and motivating a dynamic team, fostering a culture of teamwork, progression and accountability. Deliver an unforgettable customer experience by ensuring seamless venue operations, responding to feedback and coaching your team. Oversee safety and compliance—managing procedures, implementing risk management strategies and ensuring all standards are met. Drive business success by supporting key KPIs—including sales, customer experience, safety, labour and COGS. Develop and mentor your team, ensuring they have the skills, confidence and support to succeed. Maintain smooth venue operations—managing presentation, cleanliness and efficiency so every customer has an epic experience. Act as Venue Manager when required, taking the lead to keep the venue running at world‑class standards. What You Bring to the Team Leadership experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment (hospitality, retail, fitness, recreation or similar). A strong sense of ownership—you’re proactive, solutions‑focused and lead by example. A passion for coaching and developing young teams, with experience leading, mentoring and motivating 16–24‑year‑olds. Customer‑first thinking—you thrive on creating magic moments and ensuring every guest has an amazing experience. Strong commercial awareness—you understand sales, labour, cost control and operational efficiency.
