Our Graduate Program As a Graduate Workplace Physiotherapist you will work hands on with our partners to provide tailored and dynamic programs designed to improve the health of their people - fast Our graduate program provides you the skills and behaviours necessary to become a high performing Physiotherapist and member of the Employ Health team as quickly as possible. We provide you with… An experienced mentor and structured training program tailored towards your goals, Access to our team of highly experienced Workplace Physiotherapists and leaders, Additional qualifications & training, as well as a training allowance and training leave, Proactive feedback and goal-setting advice through structured meetings and assessments, Opportunities to work on operational projects to build your skill set outside of clinical work. If you work with us, you will receive a competitive base salary and vehicle, allowances for training, wellness & telecommunications and your AHPRA registration and insurance paid for. In addition, once you complete your probationary period, you will receive clear and measurable KPI’s linked to a performance bonus to truly set you up for success.
