About The Role As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will oversee the delivery of clinical pharmacy advice and services to clients and staff of our client hospital on a rotational basis, with a strong focus on customer-oriented continuous quality improvement. Duties will include the delivery of ward-based clinical pharmacy services, including dispensing, compounding, and counselling, while ensuring accurate record-keeping and safe drug distribution. You will also provide culturally appropriate medicines information, supervise and support interns, students, and technical staff, and contribute to professional development through training and education. In addition, you will participate in clinical rotations, after-hours rosters, and service evaluations to maintain compliance with safety standards. A commitment to continuous quality improvement, workplace safety, and the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑focused pharmacy services is essential.
