Lubrication Systems Application Engineer Lube Control is seeking an experienced Lubrication Systems Application Engineer to join our team. Head office for Lube Control is in Edwardstown, South Australia, however the job role can be fulfilled from your home office if required. In this role you will be responsible for technical design and sales. This role is great for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with customers, and applying engineered solutions to the real world. You will be managing a new comprehensive/cost effective range of lubrication system imports. The range includes single line progressive/injector, dual line and chain lubrication systems. You will be working closely with an existing and new customer base ensuring success and growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Recommend, design and provide customers with technical lubrication system solutions Provide customers with technical options and detailed quotes Maintain and generate new business with both end users/resellers and distributors across Australia and New Zealand Provide ongoing after sales assistance, with training, troubleshooting and maintenance Collaborate with suppliers and the internal team to manage orders and warranty claims Qualifications and Skills 3+ years experience in sales/design of lubrication systems in Australia Strong communication skills, customer service and analytical mindset Demonstrate sales achievement and ability to manage key customer accounts Hold a valid Australian drivers license Hands on experience an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or relevant certifications or trade (such as fitter and turner) is an advantage, but not essential Field experience (either mobile or fixed plant) is preferred but not essential Willingness to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand Ongoing Duties Produce sales forecasts, technical documentation and quotations Liaise with customers and the internal team Provide customer technical support and service Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings #J-18808-Ljbffr
