Rayner Transport Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Hobart, TAS. This full‑time role is crucial in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of our logistics operations, contributing to the overall success of our company. What you’ll be doing Coordinate and schedule the movement of goods, materials, and resources across our distribution network Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery and collection of goods Monitor and track shipments, providing regular status updates and resolving any issues that arise Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to meet customer demands Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement more efficient logistics solutions Provide administrative support, including generating reports and maintaining relevant documentation Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and safety standards What we’re looking for Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role within the warehousing, storage, and distribution industry Strong understanding of logistics principles, supply chain management, and transportation operations Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficient in using logistics‑related software, such as inventory management systems and tracking tools Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work well under pressure What we offer Opportunities for career advancement and professional development A collaborative and supportive team environment About us Rayner Transport Pty Ltd is a leading provider of integrated logistics solutions, serving a diverse range of industries across Australia.
