What Support Will We Provide Customer Resource Support: Cross‑selling opportunities across real estate, study abroad & immigration, foreign exchange, and investment businesses, sharing transaction platforms and customer resources. Comprehensive online and offline marketing strategies for diverse customer acquisition channels. Initial customer leads for new joiners to kickstart your business. Training Support: A portfolio of 6 major financial products, with over 30 partner institutions. Business Operation Support: Comprehensive and intelligent operational support, including HR, finance, legal, compliance, and business operations, all under one‑stop backend support. What You Need to Do Prospect for clients, close deals, and provide financial solutions to them. Cold and warm sales calls. Work with various lenders to find the best deal for clients and provide best solutions that meet client’s needs. Collect personal and detailed information/data from the borrower. Follow up actions throughout the loan application and approval processes. Develop and maintain relationships with business referrals. Build a connection network to develop your client source and database. What You Need to Offer Diligence and dedication to the mortgage industry. Good personality with excellent communication and customer service skills. Eager to create a lifetime and rewarding career. Self‑motivated, driven, hungry and commercially astute individual. Demonstrated capacity to meet goals, targets and KPI's. Valid working rights in Australia.
