Baseline/NV1 - Cleared Security Officer - Full Time Hours Security 1 currently services guarding, patrol and electronic security clients across Australia from our centrally located head office in the ACT and our QLD office. Together with a hands on management team, dedicated, trained staff and the integration of the latest security products; sourced from Australia and around the world, we offer security solutions suiting all levels of security requirements. At Security 1 we pride ourselves in offering a complete range of security products. We provide a balanced combination of electronic and physical security and the peace of mind of our manpower unit patrolling, responding and reporting as required. Our experienced staff design, implement and install security solutions customized to client specific needs from our extensive range of products and services. We are currently seeking an Basline or NV1 Cleared Security Officer with DCAC who are disciplined, have excellent customer service skills, and strong attention to detail. About the Role General guarding / Security duties Multiple Corporate Site Locations Incident response and reporting as required High standard of professional presentation Initiative and the ability to multi- task Permanent rotating roster Monday - Saturday 06:30 - 17:30 It is essential that the applicants must have: ACT Security Licence Baseline (or higher level) Security Clearance Defence Contractor Access Card First Aid certificate Unrestricted Driver’s Licence Defence Contractor Access Card (DCAC) or willing to obtain Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service Flexibility in work hours and availability, including night shifts and weekends (Available for work 24 hours, 7 days per week) Outstanding (verbal and written) English language and communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously Ideally, candidates will be able to supply with application (or obtain), the below: Mandatory: Resume Certificate II in Security Operations ACT Security Licence Drivers Licence Preferred / Willing to obtain: NSW Security Licence Working With Vulnerable People Registration (ACT) White Card Security1 is an Equal Opportunity Employer and promotes equality and diversity.
