Supply Superintendent Reporting to the Manager – Process Surface operations, this position is an integral part of effective inter‑departmental workflows and is at the forefront of communications with other organisations including logistics providers. Success in this role is demonstrated by seamless processes for procurement, housing, consumption, and replenishment of goods through application of industry best practice while ensuring delivery to MMG standards. You will oversee procurement, warehousing, consumption, and replenishment processes, ensuring seamless execution aligned with industry best practices and MMG standards. This role will be based on an 8 / 6 4 / 3 or straight 4 / 3, drive in drive out (DIDO) from Cloncurry or Mt Isa or fly in fly out (FIFO) from Townsville or Brisbane. Qualifications Skills and Competencies Strong SAP capability and demonstrated experience with complex situations. Proven experience in managing warehouse operations. Experience in maintaining remote inbox supply chains and logistics. Forklift& HR drivers licence. Qualifications in warehousing, logistics or supply chain desirable Experience in a mining operation or other heavy industrial setting Proven high performance team leader and driving a high performing culture Able to manage projects Key Responsibilities Overseeing all warehouse operations, including dispatching and receiving goods, managing storage and material issuance, and ensuring compliance with standards. Maintaining a safe, clean and serviceable work environment and driving that through your team. Continuously enhancing warehouse operations by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with reporting and documentation standards. Support stock reviews, operations meetings, and supplier coordination to ensure material availability, timely delivery, and efficient asset disposal.
