Tele Marketer (Part Time, Work from Home. School Hours) Looking for a flexible part‑time role that allows you to work from home during school hours? Luxen Electrical Group is seeking an enthusiastic Tele Marketer & Admin Support Assistant to join our team on a part‑time basis. In this role you will connect with potential customers over the phone, support internal admin processes, and assist with basic bookkeeping. What you’ll be doing Reaching out to prospective customers by telephone and email to introduce our company and services Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions Generating sales leads and booking appointments for our field team Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions Supporting daily administrative tasks such as inbox management, data entry, and updating client files Assisting with basic bookkeeping duties including entering receipts, reconciling payments, and checking job profitability Preparing simple reports for management such as weekly sales activity or job progress Providing excellent customer service and contributing to our positive brand reputation What we’re looking for Proven experience in an outbound sales, telemarketing, administration, or bookkeeping support role (electrical or trade industry experience highly regarded) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport Good understanding of basic bookkeeping principles (experience with Xero or similar is a bonus) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks during school hours Confident with computers, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and quick to learn new software Positive and resilient mindset with the ability to work independently and meet KPIs What we offer Flexible work‑from‑home arrangements during school hours Ongoing training and development across sales, admin processes, and bookkeeping About us Luxen Electrical Group is a leading provider of high‑quality electrical services for residential clients across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
