Purpose of the Role Partner with Operations to drive performance and growth aligned with Tip Top’s strategic objectives, fostering collaboration between Finance and Operations for process and governance improvements. Enhance financial and business awareness within Operations, developing robust models and sharing analyses to uncover opportunities, improve decision‑making, and support EBIT growth and long‑term planning. Deliver accurate financial reporting and governance through timely month‑end results, variance analysis, balance sheet management, and participation in Operations forums. Drive forecasting, cost accuracy, and process optimisation by preparing budgets, evaluating variances, managing audits, and implementing automation to enhance productivity. Ensure compliance with GWF and ABF policies/guidelines and ensure audit readiness. About You Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or similar. CA, CPA or CIMA qualification with 3+ years post‑qualification experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience in business partnering within Supply Chain or Manufacturing finance (FMCG preferred). Excellent business‑partnering skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels internally and externally. Strong governance leadership and sound business and process experience. Advanced Excel skills; SAP and Tableau experience highly regarded. Ability to travel once a month. Why Join Us?
