We’re looking for a skilled Lead Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Sydney and contribute to one of Australia’s largest transformation programs . This is a Sydney-based hybrid role , requiring 3 days per week in the office . In this position, you will lead critical initiatives, mentor a team of Business Analysts, and deliver solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, providing technical guidance and professional development support. Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and design effective solutions. Develop and present detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies. Manage and prioritise multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organisational goals. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to maintain clarity and alignment. Monitor implemented solutions and recommend continuous improvements. What do I need? Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst with strong leadership capabilities. Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and APIs. Experience working across Agile and iterative delivery models. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with Siebel and Informatica is highly beneficial. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
