Remedial Foreman

This company works in rural as well as Western Sydney, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, and CBD-this company delivers durable solutions that stand the test of time. They are now seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee a variety of remedial projects ranging from $500k to $15M in value. The Role As Foreman, you will play a key leadership role on-site, taking charge of day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth project delivery. Responsibilities include: Coordinating and managing subcontractors and trades Operating in a mixture hands-on as well as management capacity Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders Monitoring project progress and maintaining quality standards Ensuring work is delivered on time and in line with safety protocols Troubleshooting and resolving issues on-site About You A trade qualification in Carpentry, Waterproofing, or Cladding Extensive experience within the remediation space Proven experience in remedial construction (mandatory) Previous experience running sites in a hands-on leadership capacity Strong understanding of OHS practices and regulations Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills A current and valid driver’s licence Career driven and a desire to develop your skillset What you will get in return: Great company culture Opportunity to grow and develop your skillset and future Work on prestigious projects This is a great opportunity to join a respected company known for quality work and long-term client relationships.
