About the Role A well-established civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a secure Defence infrastructure project involving roadworks and complex drainage systems . Based on a restricted-access site in regional NSW , this role requires a professional with strong leadership skills and a solid background in civil construction, particularly within government or Defence environments . Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end delivery of civil works, with a primary focus on road construction and drainage . Manage subcontractors, internal teams, suppliers, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met. Ensure all works meet client specifications, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements. Maintain strong communication with client-side stakeholders within a Defence environment. Lead WHS, environmental, and risk management processes in line with Defence protocols. What You\'ll Bring Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil infrastructure , ideally within Defence or government projects . Technical expertise in roadworks and drainage systems . Strong commercial and contract management skills. Ability to manage complex logistics, documentation, and compliance on secure sites. Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Must be eligible to work in Australia and able to obtain Defence clearance .
