We support contractors and trade clients with reliable products, flexible service and on‑time assistance. Our goal is to help our customers succeed on every project. We are now seeking a full‑time Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our business in South Australia. Key Responsibilities Develop marketing plans aligned with the company’s plastering materials and building supplies strategy, tailored to the South Australian market and trade customers such as builders and plasterers. Conduct research and analysis on local market demand, customer structure and competitor activity, and translate insights into clear product positioning, pricing strategies and promotional plans, including new product and range optimisation proposals. Evaluate market feasibility and launch plans for new products, advising on target customers, price ranges, key selling points and promotion channels, and assisting with new product launch campaigns. Plan targeted marketing activities such as seasonal promotions, in‑store events, trade promotions and digital marketing, and schedule these activities within the overall marketing calendar to support sales growth and strengthen the company’s brand awareness among professional customers in South Australia. Track sales data and customer feedback, evaluate the performance of products and campaigns, and adjust the marketing plan, product mix and promotional focus to improve business results. Prepare concise market analysis and execution reports for management, summarising key trends, campaign performance and recommendations for the next stage of marketing and product strategy. Manage marketing budgets based on the agreed marketing plan, allocate spend across channels and activities, and monitor actual expenditure against budget in consultation with management. Skills & Experience Bachelor degree or above in business, communication or another relevant field or or have strong hands‑on experience in a similar marketing role; At least 5 years experience in marketing, brand or business development; Ability to analyse data, draw practical conclusions and turn insights into actionable marketing initiatives. Creative mindset, with the ability to develop and test new marketing ideas tailored to our products and trade customers.
