Overview Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack - Billings & Payments) at Heidi Health. We are building AI-powered healthcare products and are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong leadership to shape and deliver world-class user experiences. You’ll work across the stack with a focus on crafting elegant, intuitive, and performant interfaces, combining technical depth with a product mindset. What you’ll do Own and ship full-stack features: fully own billing, payments and user management features end-to-end; work with EM and PM to build and launch full-stack features across frontend and backend APIs, ensuring a seamless experience for users and supporting Heidi's growth. Champion quality: author tests, monitor performance and create run-books so teams can trust every release. Collaborate cross-functionally: pair with product, design, customer success and sales to convert ideas into customer value in weeks, not quarters. Continuously improve: identify process or development bottlenecks, mentor the team on best practices and work with the AI enablement team to improve speed and safety of releases. Qualifications and requirements Solid full-stack capability with the ability to work on frontend (TypeScript, React) and backend (Python or TypeScript) services. Experience with REST/GraphQL design, domain-driven architecture, relational and NoSQL datastores. Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team; ability to balance priorities and coordinate releases. Cloud proficiency (GCP or AWS): containers, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability and security best practices. A product mindset — care deeply about solving real problems for users and measuring impact. Experience working closely with design with attention to detail and UX.
