Seeking a Deputy Head of University Campus (Year 9) As Deputy Head of University Campus, you will help shape a connected and high-performing learning community where students are known, supported and challenged to grow. This role offers the opportunity to lead with influence, model Ivanhoe Grammar School’s values and contribute to an environment where every student flourishes as a young person of character, purpose and possibility. This is a five-year academic leadership position (1.0 FTE) with an ongoing teaching appointment. The successful candidate will commence in Term 1, 2026 , with the possibility of a negotiated later start. What you will do You will provide strategic and operational leadership across the University Campus, ensuring excellence in learning, wellbeing and school culture. Working closely with the Head of University Campus, you will lead the design, implementation and ongoing evolution of programs that foster student success, wellbeing and belonging. You have the experience, knowledge and skills to: lead academic wellbeing, learning and culture across the University Campus. oversee and support wellbeing leaders to address student needs effectively. implement an evidence-informed wellbeing program promoting engagement, voice and positive behaviour. lead student transition, orientation and leadership programs fostering belonging and character. partner with senior staff to uphold professional conduct and represent the Campus externally.
