Childcare Educator

This role is working with children between 6 months and 5.5 years old. We are a small team with 12 educators and 42 children. Our average educator employment is 4.5 years. We support educators growth in many ways and provide a warm positive environment for families and for employees. Our team is dedicated to early childhood education and to creating a safe space for learning and growth. About the Role We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Childcare Assistant to join our team. All qualifications considered though Diploma is preferred. You will support educators in delivering engaging activities; ensuring the well-being of children; and maintaining a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and implementing educational and play-based activities Supervise and support children in daily routines Maintain a clean and safe environment Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Follow childcare regulations and center policies Provide care and education for children aged 0-5 years Requirements Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to obtain) Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Passion for working with children and supporting their development Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us?
