About The Role Grow your career as an Analyst in our Replenishment Data Analytics (RDA) team. You will be a driving force in improving our execution of store replenishment through data driven decisions within the National Supply Chain department. This role is a permanent full-time position, based in Minchinbury. The RDA team is responsible for executing business-wide store replenishment strategies and proactively adjust replenishment strategies based on changing market conditions at store. What does the role look like? Defining store order parameters and making data-driven adjustments to ensure optimal order volumes in stores. Modelling complex Supply Chain challenges and recommending business adjustments as needed. Reviewing performance results, conducting root cause analysis, and recommending corrective actions. Developing replenishment strategies for key events (e.g., Christmas, Easter) to support smooth DC/store operations and deliver customer satisfaction. Designing and implementing automated solutions to streamline data collection and reporting. Identifying opportunities for improvement across the supply chain and providing actionable insights. What do we need from you Experience in Replenishment/Forecasting within an FMCG environment. Proficiency in data visualisation tools and data analysis experience with statistical analysis techniques using Python and SQL. Ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform and drive strategic decision-making within a dynamic business environment. Exceptional ability to engage with and support stakeholders and the ability to convey technical ideas to relevant business stakeholders. Experience in SAP S/4 HANA and forecasting modules is an advantage. Collaborative problem-solver, with an analytical, process and technical driven approach to root cause analysis.
