About the Role As Bottleshop Manager, you will take ownership of daily operations, stock management, merchandising, and team leadership. You will ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, deliver excellent customer service, manage inventory and ordering, and maintain high standards of presentation and safety. This is a hands‑on position suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front.
