Role Overview The role of the Head of Platforms and AI will include: Report directly to the GM of Technology Take ownership of all core platforms in the business including CRM, website, mobile apps, Superannuation platforms, IRESS platform, contact centre and marketing platforms in terms of delivery, projects optimisation and budgets (Capex and Opex) Lead, grow and manage a cross‑functional Platform and AI team Manage relationships with Head of each area as well as vendors to ensure best‑in‑class platform delivery Bring the client forward in its AI journey by initiating an AI Roadmap, product implementations, enhancements and policy design in the AI space Qualifications Ideally you will have Superannuation industry experience but other financial services experience will also be relevant Strong Platform Delivery and Management experience Ability to implement AI roadmap for the organisation Strong leadership experience in an Agile environment Apply Apply with your CV in Word format via the link provided or contact Hollie Broekman Smith of HireCloud with any queries - #J-18808-Ljbffr
