NSW Department of Customer Service – Sydney CBD NSW Senior Records Management Advisor - Independent Review Office Annual Salary Range: $129,464 - $142,665 + superannuation Employment Type: Temporary (up to 6 months), Full-time Location: Sydney CBD - Flexible working arrangements The organisation The IRO is an independent statutory office established under the Personal Injury Commission Act 2020. The statutory functions of the IRO include to: find solutions for persons injured at work or in motor vehicle accidents with complaints about their insurers; manage and administer the Independent Legal Assistance and Review Service (ILARS); conduct inquiries into matters arising in connection with the operation of the Personal Injury Commission Act 2020 and the workers' compensation and motor vehicle accident legislation. For more information about the IRO click here About the role IRO are seeking an individual who can introduce formalised records management practices into the agency. The agency currently manages records via network drives, SharePoint and Resolve Case Management. This role will bring discipline to records management, especially records currently maintained in network drives and Sharepoint, with a view to migrate the administration of records to Content Manager (TRIM). Expert understanding of the State Records Act Expertise in Information Governance and Records Management Expertise in Content Manager (TRIM) Administration Ability to produce process and procedure documentation on the lifecycle of records and there use within a small agency and ensure staff follow compliant practices.
