Axiis Contracting is a locally owned and operated WA business servicing local government, civil and residential clients. We specialise in footpaths, residential crossovers and bus stop construction. We are one of Perth's major footpath contractors and offer above award rates with stable working conditions. About the role We are seeking a suitable person/persons to join our hardworking team on a casual basis or permanent basis to lay and finish concrete footpaths and crossovers. Previous footpath experience essential and MR licence would be viewed favourably. Candidate MUST have a valid car licence. Looking for January 2026 start. Benefits and perks We offer regular overtime work and full-time employment. Skills and experience Experience laying and finishing concrete footpaths, crossovers and pram ramps to Local Government specification Screed and finish / close up concrete Proficient in use of concrete hand tools (trowel, screed, bullfloat, edger, fresno) Able to read plans including Local Government specifications Install tooljoints, lockjoints, cynite and meljoint Install mesh reinforcement / steel fixing / dowels Hand formed kerbing repairs You will be working as part of a grano crew You must be fit, healthy and physically capable We place great value on a safe work environment, and you will be expected to follow our SWMS and other quality and safety protocols Class C licence essential (MR preferred) and Construction White Card essential Be able to clearly follow instructions and work as part of team You must be able to pass frequent drug and alcohol tests Reliable (6am starts) with own transport January 2026 start Resumes to be sent via email to: ********@axiiscontracting.com Queries can be directed to: *** #J-18808-Ljbffr
