Work in our cutting-edge resource recovery facility Ongoing growth through training and development initiatives Confidential counselling services Training opportunities, including study support Role: Baler/Forklift Operator Join our expanding team as a Baler/Forklift Operator at our resource recovery facility based in Wetherill Park. We are seeking a dedicated team player to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our baler and wrapper as well as the loading of our finished baled product into shipping containers. You will be managing the processing of products through our baler machine and wrapper line, ensuring strict adherence to HSEQ compliance. Responsibilities Operate baling and wrapping plant equipment safely and efficiently Load finished bales into shipping containers for dispatch Conduct daily pre-start checks and report maintenance needs Maintain accurate production and quality records Ensure bales meet required weight, density, and quality specifications Follow all site safety procedures and maintain clean, hazard-free work areas Perform weighbridge and basic preventative maintenance duties About you Current Forklift Licence (essential) Previous Baler operation and/or Plant Controller experience highly regarded Strong mechanical aptitude and maintenance awareness Experience in waste handling, recycling, or manufacturing environments Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Good physical fitness and comfort working in an industrial environment A strong safety focus, reliability, and attention to detail Apply now Apply now with your cover letter and resume.
