We're Hiring: Clinical Coordinator / Second In-Charge– Smith Street Dental Smith Street Dental is looking for a motivated and reliable Clinical Coordinator/Second In-Charge to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a modern, patient-focused dental practice committed to delivering exceptional care. About the Role As the Clinical Coordinator/Second In-Charge, you will support the Practice Manager and Principal Dentist in overseeing daily operations. Your role will include coordinating staff, supervising workflow, ensuring excellent patient experiences, and maintaining smooth clinical and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Assist in daily practice management and supervise staff Support rostering, inventory management, and workflow coordination Ensure high standards of infection control and clinical compliance Provide chairside assistance when required Help uphold Smith Street Dental's commitment to quality patient care Step into leadership duties when the Practice Manager is away Requirements Experience in dental assisting is essential Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesLeadership potential and a proactive, positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, modern dental environment Why Join Us?
