Take ownership of your work, keep the job moving with clear communication, and deliver clean installs the builder can trust. What You’ll Do Daily Complete installs from drainage to final fit off Upload photos, notes and timesheets into Ascora Keep workmanship sharp and the site clean Communicate delays or clashes early Work as part of a small, well run crew Weekly Review schedule and materials neededAttend toolbox talks and safety check ins Support junior team members and hold good standards Stay aligned with the plan for each job Monthly Quick check ins with the Director Review any reworks and look for improvements Give feedback that helps the team lift performance What You Bring Qualified plumber with strong all round skills in commercial installations. White Card and WA Driver’s Licence Able to read and interpret construction plans Good communicator with builders and team mates Reliable, steady, takes ownership of the work Clean, safe and professional on site Ambition to grow into leadership over time You own your own hand and power tools The Culture Do the right thing.
