We are seeking a highly skilled AI + Cloud Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise‑scale Generative AI solutions. This role requires deep expertise in cloud‑native architectures, multi‑agent orchestration, and secure production deployments. The ideal candidate will combine strong programming skills with hands‑on experience across modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms, while ensuring compliance, observability, and ethical AI practices. Key Responsibilities Architect, develop, and deliver Generative AI solutions in enterprise‑scale production environments. Implement agent‑based architectures and orchestrate multi‑agent systems for complex workflows. Ensure application security, observability, and reliability across all deployed solutions. Build and maintain full‑stack applications with robust automated unit and regression testing. Leverage enterprise‑grade DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for scalable AI deployments. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, compliance, and business stakeholders, to align AI initiatives with organizational goals. Contribute to the development and enforcement of AI governance, compliance, and ethical frameworks, including security guardrails. Deliver AI‑driven solutions tailored to the banking domain, with applications in fraud detection, customer personalization, and conversational AI. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven ability to deliver Gen AI solutions in enterprise production environments. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with full‑stack development. Hands‑on expertise with the following AI and cloud technologies: Semantic Kernel Deep understanding of foundational AI models, prompt engineering, and fine‑tuning techniques. Experience deploying AI solutions using enterprise‑grade DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Experience Background in delivering solutions within the banking sector. Exposure to fraud detection, customer personalization, or conversational AI applications. Experience working in highly regulated industries with strict compliance requirements.
