Training Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Training Coordinator to join us on a full-time basis at our Bibra Lake facility. This role is essential in supporting a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace and will be responsible for coordinating our training content and programs, while promoting a positive safety culture across the organisation. RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver inductions and paper based training Coordinate with department managers to improve work instructions and SOP’s. Keep training plans, records and training and competency matrices up to date Organise monthly toolbox sessions and ensure attendance signoff sheets are completed Support supervisors with skill development and compliance needs Support production, logistics, QA, HR and WHS compliance through strong documentation Organise and manage external training (eg: first aid, fire warden, HACCP etc) JOB CRITERIA You will be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and pay excellent attention to detail. In order to succeed you will also possess the following: Experience in training within processing, manufacturing or similar Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) preferred Intermediate to advanced computer and MS Office skills High level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously A willingness to be held accountable and take ownership ofthe role Ability to plan, prioritise and work in a flexible and methodical way Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Clear communicator with strong presentation skills Confident delivering practical, accessible training to diverse teams Highly organised, accurate and able to manage competing priorities MORE INFORMATION At M.A.P.
