TECHNICAL LEAD – INTEGRATIONS, AUTOMATION AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT JMB Environmental Consulting is a fast growing technology based indoor environmental consultancies. One of our strategic drives for 2025/26 FY is to accelerate automation, improve system integrations and embed AI across our operations. We’re looking for a modern, forward-thinking Technical Lead who can take ownership of our digital ecosystem, elevate our in house owned platform and connect all of our systems into one seamless workflow. This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly scaling organisation and design the future of how environmental consulting is delivered. About the role You will lead the development and improvement of our in house platform, build system integrations across other products such as Xero, WFM2, Hazmat Labs and Google Workspace and Google App sheet, and drive automation across the business. You'll also spearhead our adoption of AI tools to improve report quality, data capture, internal workflows and client delivery. You’ll be the technical brains that builds the next version of our technology. What you’ll be doing Lead development and modernisation of our in house software platform Build API integrations across our core systems Create end-to-end automations and smart workflows Embed AI/LLM features into reporting and QA Improve performance, reliability and security Provide high-level technical support internally Oversee contractors and legacy technical resources Design and deliver our multi-year technical roadmap Why join JMB?
