Superannuation Case Manager Join the EML Group as a Superannuation Case Manager . Opportunity Based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Newcastle , this permanent, full‑time role offers flexibility to work from home up to three days a week after training. You will make a positive impact on people’s lives by managing superannuation claims, including death benefit distribution and disability claims such as Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), Income Protection (IP), and Terminal Illness. Responsibilities Prepare and implement effective claims management and member communication strategies, achieving optimal member outcomes within established timelines. Ensure compliance with superannuation legislation, regulations, fund rules, and the Life Insurance Code of Practice. Provide compassionate, professional support to members, their representatives, and beneficiaries throughout the claim process. Maintain clear and empathetic communication with claimants. Deliver adverse outcomes with empathy and a solution focus to all stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claims processing. About You Previous experience in superannuation, life insurance, and/or personal injury claims management. Strong understanding of claims processes and relevant legislation. Passion for supporting members and their families during difficult times. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a confident phone manner. High attention to detail and accuracy in managing workflow, drafting file notes, and writing correspondence.
