team in Australia .Your main tasks and responsibilities:Interpret and define relevant standards for application across service centresConduct fault finding electrical/mechanical testing rotating equipment.Provide Quality Assurance inspection for overhauled rotating equipmentTroubleshoot issues with electro-mechanical rotating machines in service centre and on-site.Root cause analysis (RCA) of issues, and recommendations of repair and upgrades.Develop technical report and proposal, and support cost estimationSupport Service Centres with overhaul and asset maintenance projects.Support quality team conducing internal audits and preparing for external audits.Initiate and participate in the planning and development of engineering policies and procedures.To succeed in this role, you will need:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with Professional Engineering Registration10+ years technical experience with electrical rotating equipment servicesStrong communication and time management skillsExperience conducting and facilitating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigationsA technical background in engineering preferably in power generation heavy industryMachine diagnostics (electrical testing/vibration analysis) is a plusWhat we offer you:Annual salary reviewsPhone and laptop provided.Corporate credit card for travel.Employee Assistance Program.Work for a global organisation that values innovation, excellence and a commitment to the most important part of our business - our people and our customers.
