More About You - Assistant Store Manager As a key member of the management team, you will support the Store Manager in all daily business operations. Your confidence, energy and passion for customer service will inspire the team to achieve store goals. Key Responsibilities Include Assist and support the Store Manager across all aspects of store management process Visual Merchandising Store Administration Training & coaching of new team members Effectively delegating & managing the team Leadership & guidance to the team Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing storefront Ensuring store environment complies with health and safety regulations Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels Energy‑driven customer service champion with a proven sales growth mindset Providing regular assistance to customers and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner The successful applicants will also have Strong leadership skills with an ability to connect positively with both customers and team Excellent communication and organisational skills A happy, friendly and energetic personality A desire to deliver high‑quality customer service A current/valid police check or willingness to obtain one if successful Would you like to know more?
