Some of your other key tasks will include;Identify, prepare, submit, and negotiate head contract variations and contractual claims.Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, notice of delays and extension of time requests in accordance with the Head Contract.Draft, award, administer and manage subcontracts.Ensure subcontracts are correctly administered.About YouTo be successful in this position, you will hold tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or other relevant discipline and have 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role.
