Working knowledge of menu planning, ordering, managing stock levels, IDDSI, staff supervision and allergen management. What You Bring Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery Diploma of Hospitality Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Health Care Competencies) Significant experience in a similar role in the residential care or health care sectors.
