Job Description We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Night Guest Service Agent to join our team at Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel . This full-time position is responsible for providing exceptional service during overnight shifts, ensuring guests have a safe, seamless, and enjoyable stay. Key responsibilities: Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries during night shifts Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism Monitor hotel security and safety, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff Maintain accurate night audit and reporting procedures Assist with administrative duties and reservations as required Collaborate with the front office team to ensure smooth operations Qualifications What we’re looking for: Previous front office or customer service experience (hospitality preferred) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and guest-focused approach Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera experience an advantage) Additional Information At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
